What LeadrVision is

LeadrVision does one thing extremely well:

It reads every conversation, scores each lead's buying intent with AI, and gives your reps a single ranked list: who to call next.

Your reps still make the calls. LeadrVision makes sure they always call the hottest lead first, and makes sure managers can see who's actually working their leads.

A few principles the whole product is built on:

  • The queue is ranked by buying intent, not by task type or due date. The hottest lead is always on top.
  • Every lead carries a Hot / Warm / Cold temperature and a 0-100 score, and the score is explained - each lead has an AI reasoning line.
  • Working a lead means logging an outcome (Done / Snooze / Skip) and moving its deal stage as it progresses.
  • The cost driver is scoring credits (your workspace's own LLM key), set once in Settings. Outbound messaging is optional and off by default.

The non-negotiables (both roles)

  1. Always start in the queue, and always call the top lead first. It's the highest-intent lead in the building.
  2. Every contact ends with a disposition. Mark it Done, Snooze, or Skip - never leave a lead silently in the queue.
  3. Move the deal stage when the deal moves. A fresh deal left in "New Lead" looks unworked to every report.
  4. Hot leads do not sit. A hot lead unworked for hours is the single worst signal in the system.
  5. Confirm appointments before they happen. A booked-but-unconfirmed appointment is a coin flip.

Glossary

  • Queue / Call Queue - the actionable list: leads the AI flagged as needs attention + call now, ranked by intent. Your home base.
  • Scored - every lead the AI has ever scored (a superset of the queue). Reference/explorer view; managers only.
  • Temperature - Hot / Warm / Cold, derived from the score.
  • Score - 0–100 buying-intent score. Shown next to every lead.
  • Focus / "Work Queue" mode - serves one lead at a time, keyboard-first. The rep's core loop.
  • Dossier / Lead detail - the right-hand panel: score, AI reasoning, conversation, opportunities, appointments, tasks, and every action you can take.
  • Disposition - the outcome you log on a lead: Done, Snooze, Skip (queue), or Won / Lost / Abandon (the opportunity).
  • Coverage board - the manager's per-rep accountability view on the Team page.
  • SLA rotation - automatic reassignment of leads a rep hasn't worked inside the SLA window (Settings → Members → Queue routing).

One thing to know about GHL sync: when a rep books an appointment, moves a stage, or sends a message, LeadrVision saves it immediately and syncs it to GoHighLevel on the next poll (usually within a couple of minutes). The toast will say "syncing to GHL…". This is normal.

Screenshots in these docs are from a demo workspace — a car dealership ("Vista Motors"). Your own workspace will reflect your industry; the data and rep names will differ, but every screen and control is identical.
