Rep Quick Reference - LeadrVision

Open LeadrVision → Work Queue → call the top lead → log the outcome → repeat. The list is already sorted by who's most likely to buy. Work it top-down.

The loop (every lead, every time)

  1. Read the AI reason for the call.
  2. Call (the green button, or press C).
  3. Note what happened.
  4. Disposition: Done / Snooze / Skip - never leave it blank.
  5. Move the deal stage if the deal moved (New Lead → Working → Appointment Set → Won).

Focus mode keys

Key Does
C Call
G Call in GHL
D / Enter Done → next lead
S Snooze 1h
X Skip

Snooze options: 1h / 4h / Tomorrow. A snoozed lead comes back when the timer's up.

Priority order

  1. Hot (red) - call first, always.
  2. Warm (orange).
  3. Cold (blue) - last.

Highest score wins inside each tier. Use the Hot / Warm / Cold chips to focus.

Appointments

  • Book from the lead's dossier.
  • Confirm tomorrow's appointments today - quick call.
  • No same-day unconfirmed appointments. Today's sale beats next week's.

Alerts (bell icon)

A lead turned Hot, was assigned to you, or went silent → handle it now. Call in GHL / View lead / Dismiss. Keep the inbox empty.

Non-negotiables

  • ✅ Top of the queue first - it's the hottest lead in the building.
  • ✅ Every touched lead gets a disposition.
  • ✅ Active deals move off "New Lead."
  • ✅ Zero hot leads unworked at end of shift.
  • ✅ Zero same-day unconfirmed appointments.

Good to know

  • Stage moves, bookings, and messages sync to GHL on the next poll (~minutes). The toast confirms.
  • Scored (managers) lists every lead; your Queue is the subset to call now.
